Aqua X provides water sports and outdoor activity experiences at the following locations:

• Avani Sepang Goldcoast (Golden Palm Tree Resort)
• Thistle Port Dickson Resort

Activities are subject to operational availability, safety conditions, and weather conditions.

Bookings for Aqua X activities may be made through the Aqua X website or approved booking channels. By making a booking, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• Full payment may be required to confirm your booking
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email or other communication channels
• Aqua X reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in certain circumstances

Participants must:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by Aqua X staff
• Use equipment responsibly
• Respect all operational guidelines
• Arrive at the activity location on time

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund.

Participants must ensure they are physically fit and able to participate in the selected activity. You must inform Aqua X staff if you have:

• Medical conditions
• Injuries
• Pregnancy
• Any condition that may affect your ability to safely participate

Aqua X reserves the right to refuse participation if safety concerns arise.

All participants must wear provided safety equipment, including life jackets where required.

Failure to use required safety equipment may result in cancellation of participation without refund.

Aqua X activities are covered by public liability insurance. However, by participating in Aqua X activities, you acknowledge that adventure and water sports involve inherent risks. Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver or safety acknowledgment form before participating.

Aqua X is not responsible for:

• Personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Accidents caused by participant negligence

For safety reasons, Aqua X may suspend or reschedule activities due to:

• Bad weather
• Sea conditions
• Technical issues
• Safety concerns

In such cases, Aqua X will attempt to reschedule the activity where possible.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the activity and booking terms. Participants should contact Aqua X as early as possible if changes are required. Refund eligibility may depend on:

• Cancellation timing
• Operational conditions
• Weather disruptions

• Activities take place within partner resort areas
• Non-hotel guests may be subject to resort access policies and entry regulations
• Participants must comply with all resort rules while on the premises

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

Aqua X is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the booking platform
• Provide false booking information
• Attempt unauthorized access to website systems

Aqua X reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse occurs.

Aqua X may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
