Aqua X Sports Management
Aqua X Sports Management provides adventure and water sports activities at selected partner locations in Malaysia.
Booking Confirmation
Once payment is successfully made, customers will receive a booking confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or official communication channels. Bookings are only confirmed after payment is received.
Service Delivery
All services are delivered in person at the selected activity location on the booking date and time chosen by the customer. Customers must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled activity.
Customer Requirements
Customers may be required to present booking confirmation and valid identification. All participants must follow safety instructions.
Weather Conditions
Activities are subject to weather and safety conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel activities if conditions are unsafe.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
